
Prairie Star is a flavourful medium green sized table and juice grape. Nice to eat fresh but also Popularly used in wine making, it has an excellent body with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. This vigorous grower also offers decent disease resistance. Self-fertile and ready to harvest around late September. This vine is a French/American hybrid developed in 1980 by Elmer Swenson.
