Don't shy away from the Rosybrook Applecrab, a great snack-sized apple that is just perfect for little hands!

Simply delicious, the Rosybrook Applecrab tastes sweet with a lovely flavour and a crunchy bite. It has yellowish-green skin, eventually covered with a lovely rosy hue when fully ripe. These make for a great all-purpose apple from fresh eating and pies to canning and it makes a fantastic juice.

Fruit averages around 4 to 5 cm (2") in size and ripens early to middle of September. Keeps up to 3 months in cold storage. Released by the Alberta Horticulture Research Centre in Brooks Alberta in 1980.
